Why it is bad to eat chocolate?


Chocolate has several notable health benefits if enjoyed in 


moderation. But there’s a dark side to chocolate and you 

have to keep it in mind as well.


Chocolate Negative Side Effects:


  • Milk chocolate is high in calories, contains large amounts of butter, sugar and cream which can break your diet and have adverse health effects.
  • The added sugar in the chocolate can cause weight gain, obesity.Being overweight can result a lot of health problems, including heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure.

A bar of milk chocolate has 235 calories, 13 grams of fat, 8 of 

which come from saturated fat and 221 grams of sugar.

 Saturated fat elevates blood cholesterol, and increases the

 risk for heart disease and stroke.

  • Eating too much sugar can cause Type 2 diabetes, this disease is linked to high levels of sugar in the blood. Milk chocolate can up diabetes risk because of the large amounts of sugar it contains.
